Ratings From Rated People
How the Ratings Work
Individual Ratings
We help customers who are looking for a better quality of workmanship. As soon as a job is complete we ask them to rate their tradesperson on Quality, Value and Reliability.
It works just like word of mouth: tradespeople with better ratings grow stronger, more successful businesses, so a good rating is a real reward for their work. It's important to be honest and fair, and a tradesperson can reply to any of their ratings.
Customers rate their tradesperson in three ways:
Category Abbreviation Meaning
Quality Q Did the tradesperson do a good job? Value V Did the tradesperson provide good value for money? Reliability R Was the work completed to schedule?
The tradesperson can either be Rated or Not Rated for each category on a particular job. For example:
Q, V & R The customer has rated their tradesperson with three (3) stars for Quality, Value and Reliability. This is the best rating a tradesperson can get.
Q & R The customer has rated their tradesperson with two (2) stars for Quality and Reliability.
V The customer has rated their tradesperson with one (1) star for Value.
The customer has rated their tradesperson with no (0) star.

Q & R JOB Electric shower tripping'
Not happy with the office staff quoting me a price over the phone of £23 for the first hour but having to pay £75 instead. janet 13 Mar 2008 Reply: If you check your email it says quite clearly that it was £75 call out and then £23.50 per hr after that and that is what the office staff quoted you over the phone
Q, V & R Job: 'various small electrical connection/upgrading jobs'
Rob and John arrived early. John set straight to work with the fishpond filter whilst Rob headed upstairs to look at the sockets. They completed as much work as they could and then advised that I would need a colleague to come out and perform some non-electrical works before they were able to complete the job. Even so all the work was done within a month over the course of three half-day visits. As the firm is multi-disciplinary I plan on using them again for other small works. I have also recommended their prompt availability, tidiness of work and helpfulness to others since finding them on this site. Paula 11 Mar 2008 Reply: Thank you Paula for your remarks much appreciated
