Further to our recent conversation, I am happy to provide the following comments and hope they assist with your registration on Construction Line. The comments are given freely and are a result of the excellent experience to date that I have enjoyed whilst the project has been running.
Honesty - You flagged up any concerns direct with me as your client and didn't try to hide any issues.
Pro-active - You assessed my requirements for the works to my new kitchen and dining room and made valued suggestions about how we might tackle the constraints and deliver the project on time and to budget.
Communication - You always advised me when you would attend or not attend my property and it's been great discussing specification and timing of works openly.
Skills - You provide a one stop shop for all our project needs, with plumbers, plasterers, labourers, carpenters and electricians on hand when you need them and a multi-skilled approach to the work.
Trust - We've built up a degree of trust through the duration of the works, which makes me feel at ease.
As you know, my wife and I are expecting our first child just after Christmas and we wanted all the work done ahead of this. It could have been very different if we hadn't chosen JTCB for the job and we look forward to Christmas dinner cooked in our new kitchen and eaten in our new dining room.

Dear Rob
I wanted to drop you a note to say what an outstanding job you did for us this year for our kitchen refurbishment and also the improvements to the pool pump-house.
Given how busy we are, it was essential to work with someone we had complete confidence in, and could trust to get on with the job whether we were here or not. We were particularly appreciative of the way your team concentrated on solving problems, rather than making them. They always arrived early, focused on the job and cleared up after themselves before leaving, which made our lives much more bearable, given the inevitable chaos a kitchen refurbishment creates. They were also great guys to have around and obviously take real pride in doing a first-rate job.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you, and I'm certain we will be in contact again for our next major project.
